Change day end time / new day start time for statistics (Eg: 3:00am, 4:00am)

Please add a feature to change the day rollover time. Right now, even a single uninterrupted focus session gets split into two different days if it goes past midnight, making daily reports and streaks feel extremely inaccurate for those who regularly work late

+1 would be super useful for people who work irregular hours, or might even be crossing timezones frequently.
